IBCD is an architecture firm devoted to the mission of designing Independent Baptist Churches. We are a none-profit ministry sent out of First Baptist Church of Del City, in Del City Oklahoma.

IBCD currently provides the following services:

-Existing facilities evaluation

-Masterplanning

-Permit & Construction Documents

-Project Delivery Guidance

-Builder/GC Advisory Services

Process

As a ministry sent by an Independent Baptist Church it is required that we offer services only to like-minded churches & church ministries. To properly vet potential churches we implement an application process that consists of an application & application review by the IBCD board.

Our review process is outlined below:

Fees

It is our intent, as the Lord wills, to offer services at the lowest cost possible to operate. Our fees cover monthly licensing and insurance cost and occasionally travel expenses. Current fees are listed below.

-$100 application fee due upon approval of application

-$400 one time fee for none permitted projects due upon delivery of project documents

-$800 one time fee for permitted projects due at delivery of project documents.

Other payment arrangements available including monthly support options.

Fees do not include potential travel expenses. In many cases projects can be completed without site visits.
